摘要
目的研讨甲状腺肿瘤患者生化免疫检验中应用化学发光免疫测定技术的价值.方法选择76例甲状腺肿瘤患者的样本为参考对象,分为实验组和对照组两组进行测定,实验组应用化学发光酶免疫分析法,对照组应用常规放射免疫法,详细记录两组诊断数据,且加以分析.结果实验组患者甲状腺球蛋白水平和甲状腺球蛋白抗体均高于对照组,平均检测时间则是实验组低于对照组,数据对比有意义(P<0.05).结论化学发光免疫测定技术的应用,能提升甲状腺疾病诊断的准确性,缩短检测时间,值得临床推广与应用.
Objective To discuss the value of applied chemical light immunization measurement technology in patients with thyroid tumors in biochemical immuniors.Methods The samples of 76 patients with thyroid tumors were selected as reference objects.They were divided into two groups:experimental group and control group for measurement.And analyze.Results Patients in the experimental group's thyroid gland globulin and thyroid globulin antibodies were higher than the control group.The average detection time was that the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the data comparison was meaningful(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of chemical light emitting immune measurement technology can improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of thyroid disease,shorten the testing time,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
