摘要
首先指出了对汽车尾气余热进行回收的重要现实意义,然后介绍了一种高效传热元件——热管的工作原理和基本特性.接着对某型号汽车在不同工况下的排气温度进行了测量,通过对可回收热量的理论计算验证了利用热管进行汽车尾气废热回收的可行性.文章最后又根据汽车用热部位的实际需求设计了两种换热量可控的汽车尾气废热回收装置,引出了一种汽车尾气废热回收的新思路.
Two automobile exhaust heat recovery system were designed with heat pipe which has highly heat transfer efficient.A type of car's exhaust temperatures were captured under different conditions.The theoretical calculation and experimental results shown that it is feasibility of using heat pipes to recover automobile exhaust heat.Finally,a controlling unit was designed to adopt the actual automotive heat variation under different speed conditions.
