摘要
均速管流量传感器检测杆横截面形状对均速管流量传感器性能起着决定性影响.本文针对中央空调风速测量用途,利用Gambit及FLUENT软件,对DN200均速管进行了二维数值仿真分析.建立了过管道中心与均速管垂直的截面作为二维仿真模型,并对网格划分方法及湍流模型的选择进行了分析.仿真结果表明,本文所采用的分块结构化网格加边界层的网格划分方法可很好的用于均速管仿真研究中二维模型的建立,而且k-ε Standard、k-ε RNG模型以及k-ω SST模型相比较,k-ε Standard模型更适用于中央空调低速工况条件.该研究对后期新型均速管横截面的设计,具有重要的参考价值.
The cross section geometrical dimensions of the averaging Pitot tube have significant influences on its performance.Focusing on the measurement of air velocity on central air conditioning,the paper studies the DN200 averaging Pitot tube by 2D numerical simulation with Gambit and FLUENT software.Establishing two-dimensional simulation model of the cross section of pipe and perpendicular section of the averaging Pitot tube,this paper analyzes the meshing schemes and turbulence models.Simulation results show that meshing method of multi-block structured grid with boundary layer used in this paper is suitable for establishing two-dimensional simulation model in the simulation study cm averaging Pitot tube.And standard k-ε model is mcnre suitable to the working condition df low air speed in central-air-conditioning duct by cwnparing with k-ε RNG and the k-ε SST model.This study can help for the design of the new cross section of averaging Pitot tube.
