利用基于信息化系统应用的密云水库防汛能力提升

摘要 密云水库防汛综合业务管理系统是利用密云水库管理处已有的信息化资源,运用先进的技术手段,提供及时全面的水库流域雨水情信息、防汛应急支撑信息,为水库防汛工作提供一个综合、高效的防汛指挥平台,同时满足各级相关业务人员在非固定办公环境下对水库防汛信息的需要,以及现场图片信息采集和即时通讯的需要,建设成业务涵盖水情综合业务处理、雨水情信息管理、视频监控、预案、防汛值班等为一体的一库一平台两系统的防汛信息化系统,为密云水库管理处各级防汛人员提供信息化支撑服务. Miyun Reservoir Flood Control Integrated Business Management System is to use the Miyun Reservoir Management Office’s existing information resources,using advanced technical means to provide timely and comprehensive information on rainfall and emergency support for flood control in reservoir basins,and to provide a comprehensive and efficient flood control command platform for reservoir flood control work,at the same time,it can meet the needs of relevant business personnel at all levels for reservoir flood prevention information in the non-fixed office environment,as well as the needs of on-site picture information collection and instant communication,to build a flood control information system consisting of a reservoir,a platform and two systems,whose operations cover the integrated operational processing of water regime,management of rain regime information,video monitoring,pre-planning,flood control duty,etc.,provide information support service for flood control personnel at all levels of Miyun Reservoir Management Office.
