摘要
单宁是植物中含量最丰富的成分之一,其分子结构中含有大量的邻位酚羟基,可以发生络合、氧化还原等反应,具有很强的吸附能力.讨论了单宁的结构特征,综述了单宁基吸附材料的类型及其制备流程,总结了单宁基吸附材料对于金属离子、非金属离子、有机化合物及其他有害物质等的吸附研究与应用现状,并重点探讨了单宁基吸附材料对重金属和蛋白质等的吸附机制.
Tannin is one of the most abundant ingredients in plants,which has a strong adsorption capacity due to the rich adjacent hydroxyl groups that can undergo complexation,redox and other reactions.Herein the structure and characteristics of tannin are discussed,the types and preparation process of tannin-based adsorption material are reviewed,and the research and application status of tannin-based adsorption materials in adsorbing metal ions,nonmetallic ions,organic compounds and other harmful substances are summarized.The adsorption mechanism of tanninbased adsorption materials for heavy metals and proteins is explored briefly.
