摘要
目的探讨认知饮食护理对高通量血液透析患者营养指标及生活质量的影响.方法选取2018年3月-2019年5月于我院接受高通量血液透析治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例.对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受认知饮食护理,均护理1年.比较两组患者的营养指标[总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、血红蛋白(Hb)]、生活质量[生存质量量表(SF-36)]、自我管理行为的变化情况.结果护理1年后,观察组TP、Alb、Hb水平均明显高于对照组,SF-36生存量表各维度评分及总分均高于对照组,自我管理行为评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论认知饮食护理能改善高通量血液透析患者的营养指标,提升患者生活质量及自我管理行为,临床推广价值较高.
Objective This paper aims to explore the effect of cognitive diet care on nutritional indicators and quality of life of patients with high-throughput hemodialysis.Methods 60 patients who underwent high-throughput hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research object,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,30 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cogritive diet nursing,both for 1 year.The nutritional indicators[total protein(TP),albumin(Alb),hemoglobin(Hb)],quality of life[quality of life scale(SF-36)],and changes in self-management behavior were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 year of nursing,the TP,Alb,and Hb levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The SF-36 survival scale scores and total scores were higher than the control group.The sel-management behavior score was higher than the control group,the diference was staistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive di-et care can improve nutritional indicators of patients with high-throughput hemodialysis,improve patients'quality of life and self-management behaviors,and has high value of elinical popularization.
