大直径盾构隧道管片快速整治钢环加固技术创新 被引量:2

摘要 大直径盾构隧道处于一定的工程地质环境中,在受外部作业或周边环境变化影响时,将会改变盾构隧道结构的受力状态,引发管片错台、开裂、裂缝、变形等隧道病害现象,影响行车安全。为了快速对病害管片进行加固修复,最大限度降低损失及减少处理成本,本文结合地铁成型隧道缺陷情况,创新了大直径盾构隧道缺陷管片钢环安装、运输设备及安装方法,解决了传统钢环施工效率偏低的问题,为大直径盾构隧道钢环加固提供了新思路。 The large-diameter shield tunnel is in a certain engineering geological environment.When it is affected by external operation or surrounding environment changes,it will change the stress state of the shield tunnel structure,cause segment dislocation,cracking,crack,deformation and other tunnel diseases,and affect the driving safety.In order to quickly reinforce and repair the damaged segments,minimize the loss and reduce the cost of treatment,this paper combined with the defects of the metro forming tunnel,innovated the installation,transportation equipment and installation method of the defective segments steel ring of the large-diameter shield tunnel,solved the problem on low efficiency of the traditional steel ring construction.It could provide a new idea for reinforcing steel ring of large-diameter shield tunnel.
