摘要 随着城市化进程的加快,城市轨道交通站点综合开发将是今后城市立体化发展的新趋势.基于SID理念,以西安市地铁15号线航天城站综合开发项目为例,首先对开发地块进行全面分析,明确了其功能需求;其次对站点进行功能规划与定位,为站点的综合开发提供设计方向;最后结合交通接驳换乘设计手法,从功能、交通、人流、生态等方面对航天城站点进行一体化设计研究,实现了航天城站的综合开发价值.主要研究结论:SID理念可实现航天城站功能空间的立体化布局;高效的交通接驳换乘可有效解决站点综合开发中的人流疏导问题;站点一体化开发设计理念,应打破学科界限,才能应对日益复杂的城市结构.研究结论可为类似站点开发提供一定的借鉴与思考. With the acceleration of urbanization,the comprehensive development of urban memo transit stations should become the new trend of urban 3 D development in the future.Firstly,based on SID theory,taking the integrated development of Hangtiancheng Station of Xi’an Metro Line 15 as an study project.the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the development and clarifies its functional requirement.Secondly,the author carries on the function planning and positioning for the site,and provides the design direction for the comprehensive development of the site.Finally,from aspects of function,traffic,people flow and ecology,the integrated development design is studied with combination of design method of transportation connection and transfer to carry out a comprehensive development value.Some conclusions have been drawn.Firstly,SID theory can achieve the goal that Hangtiancheng stations 3D layout of the functional space.Secondly,efficient traffic transfer can solve the traffic congestion problems.Integrated development design theory on stations should break the boundaries of disciplines in order to cope with the increasingly complex urban structure.The research conclusion can provide some reference and thinking for the development of similar sites.
