摘要 目的分析研究2020—2022年成都地区包装饮用水检验结果质量情况及存在的问题。方法根据GB 19298—2014《食品安全国家标准包装饮用水》,在2020—2022年对68家企业的包装饮用水色度、浑浊度、状态、滋味、气味、余氯(游离氯)、四氯化碳、三氯甲烷、耗氧量、溴酸盐、挥发性酚、氰化物、阴离子合成洗涤剂、大肠菌群、微生物指标等指标进行采样检验分析。结果成都市包装饮用水在5~8月这4个月生产的不合格批次较多,且主要是铜绿假单胞菌指标不合格。结论成都市包装饮用水在高温季节生产更容易被铜绿假单胞菌污染。建议包装饮用水生产企业通过规范生产流程、科学消毒、加强企业自身监管、避免在高温季节生产等措施,提高包装饮用水的合格率。 Objective To analyze and study the quality of packaged drinking water inspection results and existing problems in Chengdu area from 2020 to 2022.Methods According to GB 19298—2014 National food safety standards—Packaged drink water,the color,turbidity,state,taste,odor,residual chlorine(free chlorine),carbon tetrachloride,chloroform,oxygen consumption,bromate,volatile phenols,cyanide,anionic synthetic detergents,and coliform bacteria of packaged drinking water of 68 enterprises were sampled and analyzed from 2020 to 2022.Results There were more unqualified batches of packaged drinking water in Chengdu during the 4 months of production from May to August,and the index of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was mainly unqualified.Conclusion Packaged drinking water in Chengdu is more susceptible to contamination by Pseudomonas aeruginosa during high-temperature seasons.It is recommended that packaged drinking water production enterprises improve the qualification rate of packaged drinking water by standardizing production processes,scientifically disinfecting,strengthening their own supervision,and avoiding production during high temperature seasons.
