摘要
在财政科研经费刚性制度约束的前期下,适度融入柔性管理理念,是激发科研人员内驱动能,释放科研工作热情,提高科研人员工作满意度的有效途径.通过分析目前高校科研经费管理现状及存在的问题,借鉴柔性化管理思想,提出了财政科研经费柔性管理的基本路径,对于提高财政科研经费绩效有一定参考价值.
In the early stage of the rigid system of financial and scientific research funds,appropriate integration of flexible management concept is an effective way to stimulate the internal driving force of scientific researchers,release the enthusiasm of scientific research work,and improve the satisfaction of scientific researchers.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of scientific research funds management in colleges and universities,and drawing on the flexible management ideas,this paper puts forward the basic path of flexible management of financial scientific research funds,which has certain reference for improving the performance of financial scientific research funds.
