细菌性阴道炎患者阴道微生态与白色念珠菌感染的关系

摘要 目的:探究细菌性阴道炎(BV)患者阴道微生态与白色念珠菌感染的关系.方法:以本院 2019 年 9 月至2021 年 9 月收治的 102 例BV患者为研究对象,取患者阴道分泌物进行白色念珠菌感染筛查和阴道微生态检测.根据筛查结果分为阳性组(n =30)和阴性组(n =72).比较两组阴道微生态检测结果,对差异有统计学意义的影响因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析.结果:102 例BV患者中,30 例存在白色念珠菌感染,阳性率 29.41%.两组阴道微生态多样性、优势菌、清洁度、pH值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).多因素Logistic回归分析显示,多样性、优势菌、清洁度、pH值为BV患者白色念珠菌感染的独立影响因素(P<0.05).结论:BV患者阴道微生态失衡与白色念珠菌感染相关. Objective:To explore the relationship between vaginal microecology and Candida albicans infection in patients with bacterial vaginosis(BV).Methods:A total of 102 patients with BV treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The vaginal secretions of patients were collected for Candida albicans infection screening and vaginal microecological detection.According to the screening results,the patients were divided into positive group(n=30)and negative group(n=72).The results of vaginal microecological detection were compared between the two groups.And multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed on the influencing factors with statistical significance.Results:Among the 102 patients with BV,30 cases were infected with Candida albicans,with the positive rate of 29.41%.There were statistical differences in vaginal microecological diversity,dominant bacteria,cleanliness,and pH value between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that diversity,dominant bacteria,cleanliness and pH value were independent influencing factors of Candida albicans infection in patients with BV(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vaginal microecological imbalance is associated with Candida albicans infection in BV patients.
