摘要
反推短舱全环格栅的气动设计是涡扇发动机反推系统的关键,决定了反推系统使用中与发动机的匹配性以及为飞机提供的反推力.本文详细介绍了缩比涡扇发动机反推短舱全环格栅静态试验技术,包括试验相似参数模拟、试验原理、试验关键技术和数据处理过程等.试验结果表明,试验系统的有效面积比均方根误差0.0013,反推效率均方根误差0.0014,压力系数测量均方根误差0.0033,反推短舱入口总压最大不均匀性小于1.54%.典型状态数值计算与试验结果一致性较高,试验技术可精确评估缩比涡扇发动机反推全环格栅气动特性.
The aerodynamic design of cascade is critical to the thrust reverse system of turbofan engine,which determines the thrust-reverse system's compatibility with engine and provides reversed thrust to the aircraft.The testing technique for scaled cascade thrust reverser of a typical high bypass ratio turbofan engine is introduced in this paper,including similarity parameters,testing principles,key techniques and data reduction procedures.The testing results indicate that the repeatability of discharge rate is 0.0013;the the repeatability of overall thrust reverser effectiveness is 0.0014;the pressure coefficient repeatability is 0.0033;the total pressure non-uniformity at the model inlet is below 1.54%.The experimental results of typical configurations are in good agreement with the CFD results,which indicates that the testing technique could evaluate the cascade thrust reverser performance effectively.
