无人飞行平台结冰试验系统设计与自然结冰试验

摘要 为了提高结冰飞行试验的灵活性,降低试验成本、风险,提高试验效率,本文设计、制作了一架具有典型大展弦比特征、起飞重量(质量)为20kg的无人飞行平台及结冰试验系统,其机翼外段可以依据试验项目更换,具备满足结冰飞行试验需求的机载计算机与飞控系统,能够采集温度以及视频等信号,并实时传输至地面监控系统.基于上述平台,选取有利气象条件,开展了自然结冰飞行试验,成功地采集到机翼结冰过程中的温度、图像等关键信息,验证了基于无人飞行平台开展自然结冰试验的有效性. In order to improve the flexibility of the icing flight test and reduce the test cost and risk,and improve the test efficiency,an unmanned flight platform with a large aspect ratio wing and 20kg of takeoff weight is designed.The outer portion of the wing can be replaced based on the mission.Equipped with an airborne computer and flight control system to meet the requirements of the icing flight test,it can collect signals such as temperature and video,and transmit them to the ground monitoring system in real time.Based on the above platform,favorable meteorological conditions are selected to carry out the natural icing flight test,and key information such as temperature and images during the icing process of the wing are successfully collected,which verifis the effectiveness of the icing test based on the unmanned flight platform.
