摘要
肺癌是人类最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,也是人类癌症相关死亡的首要原因.支气管胸膜瘘(bronchopleural fistula,BPF)是肺切除术后严重并发症之一.尽管BPF发生率较低,但其治疗效果差,致残率、病死率高.如何预防和治疗BPF一直是临床医师关注的热点问题,本文就BPF的发生率、诊断、易感因素与预防、治疗予以综述.
Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor and is also the primary cause of cancer-rlaled deahs.Bronchopleural fstula is one of the severe complcations afer the rermoval of lung,Although the low ineidence of BPF,the treatment is poor,disbility and morality are higher.Terefore,how to prevent and treat BPF has been a hot topie that atracts the most atention.n This paper reriewed the incidence,diagnosis,predisposing factors and prevention,reatment of BPF.
