宫颈癌术后调强放疗疗效及急性反应分析

摘要 宫颈癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤,放射治疗在宫颈癌的治疗中占有重要地位,早期宫颈癌单纯根治性手术与单纯根治性放疗两者治疗效果相当.具有不良预后因素的病人需要术后辅助放疗和/或放化疗,可以降低病人的局部复发率,改善生存[1,2].随着放疗技术的发展,IMRT在增加肿瘤放射剂量的同时可以降低靶区周围正常组织的受照射剂量,从而改善治疗增益比,提高局部控制率,减少放射损伤.
