摘要
湖南优质晚籼稻产量居全国之首,中北部地区夏季潮湿炎热,实现优质稻度夏保质储藏难度较大。中储粮益阳直属库开展了夏季内环流均温、墙体热皮控温与储粮专用风管机补冷三结合的综合控温应用试验,研究了工艺参数和运行效果,进行了虫害、品质检测和储粮成本分析。结果表明:三项技术综合使用,能将隔热改造后的高大平房仓的表层粮温控制在22℃以下,并能有效控制靠墙热皮部位的稻谷平均温度在22℃以下,内环流系统和PVC管网系统均衡粮温效果显著,9月初配合谷冷机补冷能实现优质稻度夏保质和免熏蒸储藏,给当地的优质稻销售提供充裕的市场选择时机。
The yield of high-quality indica in Hunan ranks first in China.However,the summer in the north central of Hunan is quite hot and humid,which makes it hard to keep quality in the storage period of late indica rice.In view of this,the Sinograin Yiyang Depot conducted application experiment in summer,which through the inner circulation system to average paddy temperature in the warehouse,wall PVC pipeline circulation system to control the wall-skin temperature and special grain air-conditioning to reduce the temperature in the space of the warehouse.Process parameters and operation effects were studied,Occurrence of pests,quality test and cost analysis were also studied.The results showed that,through these methods above,the surface temperature of the grain in the good condition warehouse were below 22X.in the whole summer.At the same time,the wall-skin temperature were kept below 22X,.That means the circulation system worked quite good.High quality rice can be stored in the area without fumigation in summer.These provide ample market opportunity for local high-quality rice sales.
