大学生情绪智力与生涯适应力的关系:成就动机的中介作用

摘要 生涯适应力是个体处理与生涯事件有关的心理资源,大学生从学生思维转变到职业思维,生涯适应力可让其快速将自我概念贯彻在生涯角色中,因此对生涯适应力和影响因素的研究非常有必要.本研究采用《情绪智力量表》《成就动机量表》和《生涯适应力量表》对495名大学生进行调查,研究大学生情绪智力与生涯适应力之间的关系.结果表明,情绪智力、成就动机与生涯适应力均存在显著正相关,情绪智力既直接影响生涯适应力,也通过成就动机的中介作用间接影响生涯适应力. Career adaptability is a psychological resource for individuals to handle career events.College students transition from student thinking to professional thinking,and career adaptability allows individuals to quickly implement their self-concept into their career roles.Therefore,it is necessary to study career adaptability and influencing factors.This study investigated 495 college students using the Emotional Intelligence Scale,Achievement Motivation Scale,and Career Adaptation Scale to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and career adaptability.The results indicate that there is a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence,achievement motivation,and career adaptability.Emotional intelligence not only directly affects career adaptability,but also indirectly affects career adaptability through the mediating effect of achievement motivation.
