摘要
谈心谈话是辅导员进行学生教育、管理、服务的基本工作方式,是辅导员把握学生思想动态、进行思想教育的重要渠道,也是落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径.经过调查发现,在高职院校中辅导员谈心谈话工作普遍存在学生不主动、谈心无法深入、谈话流于形式等问题.文章基于马斯洛需要层次理论,从学生的需要角度入手,提出辅导员有效开展谈心谈话的应用策略,以加强辅导员谈心谈话的有效性和针对性.
Heart to heart conversations are the basic working method for counselors to carry out student education,management,and service.They are an important channel for counselors to grasp students'ideological trends and conduct ideological education,and also an important way to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people.After investigation,it was found that in vocational colleges,counselors generally face problems such as students'lack of initiative,inability to delve into heart to heart conversations,and superficial conversations.This article is based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,starting from the perspective of students'needs,and proposes application strategies for counselors to effectively carry out heart to heart conversations,strengthening the effectiveness and pertinence of counselors'heart to heart conversations.
