摘要
本文阐述了教师实践锻炼过程中存在的问题和实践锻炼的重要意义.实践锻炼可以提高教师的执教能力、丰富教学内容,提升科研能力.可以规范高校的实践教学基地,提高人才培养质量.同时可为企业提供技术和智力支持,提高成果转化能力,促进产业升级,增强企业的市场竞争力.实现教师、高校和企业三方共赢,促进产学研合作.
The paper elaborates the problems and the important significance of teachers'practical exercise.Practical exercise can improve teachers'teaching ability,enrich teaching content and enhance scientific research ability.It can standardize the practice teaching base and improve the quality of training.At the same time,it can provide technical and intellectual support for enterprises,improve the ability to transform achievements,promote industrial upgrading and enhance the market competitiveness.It can also achieve a win-win situation among teachers,universities and enterprises,and it can promote the cooperation of production,teaching and research.
