摘要 青年教师是高等职业教育发展的新生力量,教师培养是教师个人职业生涯发展的重要环节,帮助其完成职业角色转换的第一课.通过对新教师培训课程的现状分析,查找问题,适应在职教师培训需求的多样化、个性化发展的要求,优化新入职教师培训课程体系,提高培训效果,帮助新教师适应高校教育教学工作. Young teachers are the new force in the development of higher vocational education.The cultivation of teachers is an important part of the development of teachers'personal career and helps them complete the first lesson of professional role transformation.Through the analysis of the current situation of the new teacher training course,this paper finds out the problems,adapts to the diversified and personalized development requirements of the on-the-job teacher training needs,optimizes the new teacher training course system,improves the training effect,and helps the new teachers to adapt to the education and teaching work in colleges and universities.
