摘要
提高旅游管理专业学生职业适应能力是在旅游管理专业人才培养过程中的突出问题.CDIO教育理念主张以能力培养为本位,构建科学、开放、动态的课程体系,提升学生的综合素质与职业能力素养,这在旅游管理专业学生职业适应能力较差的现状下,具有很强的借鉴价值和研究意义.
To improve the professional adaptability of students majoring in tourism management is an outstanding problem in the process of training talents majoring in tourism management.CDIO education idea advocates to build a scientific,open and dynamic curriculum system based on ability cultivation,and improve students'comprehensive quality and professional ability quality,which has a strong reference value and research significance under the current situation of poor professional adaptability of students majoring in tourism management.
