高铁枢纽新城片区交通规划研究

摘要 随着深圳市"东进、西协、南联、北拓、中优"发展战略的实施,东部高铁新城片区提升为市级重点片区,功能定位大幅提升,既有交通体系难以为继.为了应对片区扩容提质的新形势,从交通层面解决坪山枢纽与城市用地协同发展问题,深入剖析地区交通出行特征,研判交通发展趋势.结合坪山枢纽片区的产业布局与空间结构,将研究区域分为规划新城片区与枢纽核心区两部分,聚焦站房布局、路网优化和立交选型3个专题,通过规划实践与模型测试,提炼高铁新城片区交通规划设计要点,提出支撑"创新中枢、活力站城"发展愿景的交通规划方案. With the implementation of Shenzhen's development strategy of"advancing eastward,cooperating westward,linking southward,expanding northward and middle optimization",the eastern high-speed railway new town area has been upgraded to a municipal key area,the functional positioning has been greatly improved,and the existing transportation system is unsustainable.In order to cope with the new situation of capacity expansion and quality improvement in the area,solve the problem of coordinated development of Pingshan hub and urban land from the transportation level,deeply analyze the characteristics of regional transportation and travel,study and judge the development trend of transportation.Combined with the industrial layout and spatial structure of Pingshan hub area,the research area is divided into planning research area and hub core area,focusing on three topics:station building layout,road network optimization and interchange selection.Through planning practice and model test,the key points of traffic planning and design of high-speed railway new town area are refined.The transportation planning scheme is put forward to support the development vision of"innovation center,vitality Station City".
