摘要
目的:探讨对慢性肾功能衰竭腹膜透析患者实施护理干预的效果及对并发症发生率的影响.方法:选取90例慢性肾功能衰竭腹膜透析患者,均为2018年1月至2020年5月期间收治,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=45)实施常规护理,观察组(n=45)实施护理干预,分析尿素氮、肌酐、清蛋白、血红蛋白及并发症发生率.结果:观察组尿素氮、肌酐较对照组低,清蛋白、血红蛋白较对照组高,差异显著具备统计学意义P<0.05.观察组并发症发生率较对照组低,差异显著具备统计学意义P<0.05.治疗干预前CRP和IL-6水平比较(P>0.05),治疗干预后两组患者CRP和IL-6水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05).对照组护理满意度为80.00%,观察组护理满意度为95.56%,观察组高于对照组,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对慢性肾功能衰竭腹膜透析患者实施护理干预效果较好,可改善患者肾功能指标与血液指标以及CRP和IL-6水平,降低并发症发生率,得到了患者的满意认可,建议临床推广应用.
Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention for patients with chronic renal failure on peritoneal dialysis and the impact on the incidence of complications.Methods:Ninety patients with chronic renal failure on peritoneal dialysis were selected fom January 2018 to May 2020.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=45)received routine care and the observation group(N=45)Carry out nursing intervention,analyze urea nitrogen,creatinine,albumin,hemoglobin and the incidence of complications.Results:The blood urea nitrogen and creatinine of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the albumin and hemoglobin were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Comparison of CRP and IL-6 levels before treatment intervention(P>0.05),after treatment intervention,CRP and IL-6 levels in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 80.00%,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.56%.The observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention for chronic renal failure patents with peritoneal dialysis has a good effect.It can improve the renal function indexes and blood indexes,as well as the levels of CRP and IL-6,and reduce the incidence of complications.It has been satisfied and recognized by the patients,and clinical promotion is recommended.application.
