摘要
针对当前合成的抗氧化剂中存在副作用以及致癌性的问题,需要进行气相色谱检测藤黄科植物树皮游离型总多酚测定.当前采用的方法是对不同试剂提取多酚含量的影响进行分析,讨论结果表明利用乙醇进行提取,提取的藤黄科植物树皮中的多酚含量最高,在进行抗氧化活性的测试中,藤黄科植物树皮的不同溶剂提取物对自由基与羟自由基显示出较高的清除率,其中藤黄科植物树皮丙酮提取物的抗氧化活性最好,但存在过程较为复杂的问题.为此,提出一种气相色谱检测藤黄科植物树皮游离型总多酚测定方法.该方法首先对藤黄科植物树皮进行提取,得出藤黄科植物样品的多酚提取物,结合多酚提取物利用紫外分光光度法对藤黄科植物树皮游离型总多酚进行测定,最后利用气相色谱检测对测定出的结果进行检测完成气相色谱检测藤黄科植物树皮游离型总多酚测定.实验结果表明,藤黄科植物树皮具有良好的抗氧化活性,具有较高的开发潜力以及利用价值.
In view of the side effects and carcinogenicity of the synthetic antioxidants,gas chromatography is needed to detect the total free polyphenols in the bark of the plant.The results show that the content of polyphenols in the bark is the highest.For this reason,a method for the determination of total polyphenols in bark free type of the family Fructus Fructus is proposed by GC.This method firstly extracts the bark of the plant,obtains the polyphenol extract of the plant sample,combines the polyphenol extract to use the ultraviolet spectrophotometry to determine the total polyphenols free type of the bark of the plant,finally uses the gas chromatography to detect the result to carry on the examination to complete the gas chromatography to detect the total polyphenols free type of the bark of the plant.The experimental results show that the bark of the family Fructaceae has good antioxidant activity,high development potential and utilization value.
