摘要
为满足高能同步辐射光源(HEPS)中核共振散射探测器系统纳秒时间分辨、高计数率的需求,设计了基于FPGA的高计数率时间测量读出电子学系统.系统采用内插延时链的方法实现时间数字转换,使用"乒乓RAM"将测试数据以1 ns为精度统计0~4095 ns内的时间分布.系统使用千兆以太网将数据传输至计算机,由计算机进行在线显示及离线分析.实验结果表明,系统精度小于1 ns,最高计数率可达8.357×10^(7)s^(-1).
In order to meet the requirements of nanosecond time resolution and high counting rate of nuclear resonance scattering detector system in high energy synchrotron radiation source(HEPS),a high counting rate time measurement readout electronics system based on FPGA is designed.The system adopts the method of interpolation delay chain to realize the time digital conversion,and uses'ping-pong RAM'to count the time distribution within 0~4095 ns with the accuracy of 1 ns.The system uses Gigabit Ethernet to transmit data to the computer,which performs online display and offline analysis.The experimental results show that the system accuracy is less than 1 ns,and the maximum counting rate can reach 8.357×107 s^(-1).
