摘要
目的探讨多学科协作指导快速康复外科(FTS)护理对腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者术后恢复的影响.方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月兖矿新里程总医院收治的82例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组,每组41例.两组入院后均接受腹腔镜结直肠癌手术治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用多学科协作指导FTS护理.比较两组患者的康复指标﹑疼痛程度及自我管理能力.结果观察组的首次排气时间﹑排便时间﹑进半流质食物时间﹑下床活动时间﹑切口愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后12﹑24﹑48﹑72 h,观察组的数字疼痛评分分别为(5.57±0.34)分﹑(5.38±0.35)分﹑(4.76±0.29)分﹑(4.04±0.22)分,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组的癌症患者自我管理测评量表中各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者采用多学科协作指导FTS护理的效果显著,可加快康复进程,减轻疼痛,提高其自我管理能力,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative guidance on fast track surgery(FTS)nursing on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Methods 82 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to Yankuang Xinlicheng General Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups received laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery after admission.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received FTS nursing guided by multidisciplinary collaboration.The rehabilitation indexes,pain degree and self-management ability of the two groups were compared.Results The first exhaust time,defecation time,semi-liquid food time,getting out of bed activity time,incision healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12,24,48 and 72 hours after surgery,the numeric rating scale scores in the observation group were(5.57±0.34)points,(5.38±0.35)points,(4.76±0.29)points and(4.04±0.22)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of all dimensions of the self-management assessment scale for cancer patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of multidisciplinary collaborative guidance on FTS nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery is significant,which can accelerate the rehabilitation process,reduce pain and improve their self-management ability,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
