摘要
目的探讨氢氯噻嗪联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年原发性高血压的效果.方法选择2022年5月—2023年5月我院收治的80例老年原发性高血压患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组40例.对照组采取厄贝沙坦片,观察组在对照组基础上采取氢氯噻嗪片.对比两组治疗效果﹑血压水平﹑尿酸指标及血脂指标﹑不良反应发生情况.结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组舒张压﹑收缩压均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者尿酸﹑三酰甘油﹑总胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论氢氯噻嗪和与厄贝沙坦联合治疗老年原发性高血压患者有着显著的临床治疗效果,可有效改善患者血压水平,且安全性良好.
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of hydrochlorothiazide combined with irbesartan on elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods 80 elderly patients with essential hypertension admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given irbesartan tablets,and the observation group was given hydrochlorothiazide tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,blood pressure level,uric acid index,blood lipid index,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in uric acid,triglyceride,total cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of hydrochlorothiazide and irbesartan in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension has a significant clinical effect,and can effectively improve the blood pressure level of patients with good safety.
