摘要
目的探讨情景式运动训练在运动发育迟缓儿童中的应用效果.方法选取2021年1月—2022年8月深圳市南山区妇幼保健院收治的120例运动发育迟缓儿童为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=60)和对照组(n=60).对照组采用早期综合干预,研究组在此基础上进行情景式运动训练.比较两组患儿的运动功能、平衡能力及发育情况.结果干预后,研究组的精细运动发育商、粗大运动发育商评分分别为(73.79±7.51)分、(77.79±7.53)分,均高于对照组的(70.49±7.49)分、(74.97±7.29)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,研究组的Berg平衡量表评分为(34.19±3.52)分,高于对照组的(32.67±3.72)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,研究组的智力发育指数及运动发育指数评分分别为(98.47±6.34)分、(86.97±8.52)分,均高于对照组的(94.28±9.47)分、(83.61±8.49)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论运动发育迟缓儿童进行情景式运动训练可改善运动、平衡能力,促进机体发育,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To explore the application effect of situational exercise training in children with motor developmental retardation.Methods 120 children with motor developmental retardation admitted to Shenzhen Nanshan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a study group(n=60)and a control group(n=60)according to random number table method.The control group received early comprehensive intervention,and the study group received situational exercise training on this basis.The motor function,balance ability and development of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of fine motor quotient and gross motor quotient in the study group were(73.79±7.51)points and(77.79±7.53)points,respectively,which were higher than(70.49±7.49)points and(74.97±7.29)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Berg balance scale score of the study group was(34.19±3.52)points,which was higher than(32.67±3.72)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of mental development index and psychomotor development index in the study group were(98.47±6.34)points and(86.97±8.52)points,respectively,which were higher than(94.28±9.47)points and(83.61±8.49)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Situational exercise training for children with motor developmental retardation can improve motor and balance ability and promote body development,which is worthy of clinical application.
