摘要
目的探究右归丸加减联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖在肾阳虚型膝骨性关节炎患者中的应用效果.方法选取我院于2021年1月—2022年6月收治的106例膝骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=53)采用硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,观察组(n=53)在对照组基础上联合右归丸加减治疗.比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、炎症因子.结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.23%,高于对照组83.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组关节隐痛、屈伸不利、腰膝酸软、头晕耳鸣、形寒肢冷、精神萎靡评分分别为(1.54±0.53)分、(1.73±0.35)分、(1.05±0.35)分、(1.62±0.37)分、(1.51±0.29)分、(1.37±0.44)分,均低于对照组的(2.19±0.74)分、(2.36±0.41)分、(1.54±0.51)分、(2.07±0.54)分、(2.24±0.45)分、(2.12±0.62)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组炎症因子水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白水平分别为(5.31±1.16)ng/L、(27.65±2.96)pg/mL、(2.84±0.25)mg/L,均低于对照组的(8.32±1.23)ng/L、(35.46±3.61)pg/mL、(4.36±0.34)mg/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论右归丸加减联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗肾阳虚型膝骨性关节炎患者效果明显,利于改善患者临床症状,减轻其炎性反应.
Objective To explore the application effect of modified Yougui Pill combined with glucosamine sulfate in patients with knee osteoarthritis of kidney-yang deficiency type.Methods 106 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to a random number table method.The control group(n=53)was treated with glucosamine sulfate,while the observation group(n=53)was treated with Yougui pill based on the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores and inflammatory factors between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.23%,higher than 83.02%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,in the observation group,the scores of joint pain,flexion and extension disadvantage,waist and knee soreness,dizziness and tinnitus,cold limbs and listlessness were(1.54±0.53)points,(1.73±0.35)points,(1.05±0.35)points,(1.62±0.37)points,(1.51±0.29)points and(1.37±0.44)points,respectively,the scores were lower than(2.19±0.74)points,(2.36±0.41)points,(1.54±0.51)points,(2.07±0.54)points,(2.24±0.45)points,(2.12±0.62)points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and C-reactive protein in the observation group were(5.31±1.16)ng/L,(27.65±2.96)pg/mL,and(2.84±0.25)mg/L,respectively,the levels were lower than(8.32±1.23)ng/L,(35.46±3.61)pg/mL,(4.36±0.34)mg/L of the control group the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Yougui Pill combined with glucosamine sulfate has a significant effect on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients with kidney yang deficiency,which is beneficial to improve the clinical symptoms and alleviate their inflammatory reactions,with high safety.
