摘要
目的探讨黄褐斑患者接受Q开关1064 nm激光联合左旋维生素C微针导入治疗的效果.方法选择本院2020年6月—2021年4月收治的84例黄褐斑患者,按随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=42)采用左旋维生素C微针导入治疗,观察组(n=42)在此基础上采用Q开关1064 nm激光治疗,两组均持续治疗6个月.对比两组患者的治疗效果、面部修复情况、皮肤生理指标水平及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组面部修复中的颜色深度与面积评分分别为(1.26±0.22)分、(1.75±0.28)分,均低于对照组的(2.02±0.33)分、(2.74±0.36)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的经皮水分丢失为(14.33±1.45)g/(m^(2)·h),低于对照组的(22.28±1.79)g/(m^(2)·h),表皮油脂含量、表皮含水量分别为(112.16±5.69)μg/cm^(2)、(33.42±3.69)%,均高于对照组的(95.96±4.46)μg/cm^(2)、(25.26±2.17)%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论Q开关1064 nm激光联合左旋维生素C微针导入治疗黄褐斑患者的效果显著,能加快黄褐斑消退,提高面部修复效果,改善皮肤生理状况,且不会明显增加不良反应,应用安全性较好.
Objective To investigate the effect of Q switch 1064 nm laser combined with L-vitamin C microneedle in the treatment of patients with melasma.Methods 84 patients with melasma admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to April 2021 were selected and were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(42 cases)was treated with L-vitamin C microneedle,and the observation group(42 cases)was treated with Q switch 1064 nm laser on this basis.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The clinical effect,facial repair,skin physiological indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,higher than 80.95%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the color depth and area scores in the observation group were(1.26±0.22)points and(1.75±0.28)points,respectively,which were lower than(2.02±0.33)points and(2.74±0.36)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the percutaneous water loss in the observation group was(14.33±1.45)g/(m^(2)·h),lower than(22.28±1.79)g/(m^(2)·h)in the control group,the epidermal oil content and epidermal water content were(112.16±5.69)μg/cm^(2)and(33.42±3.69)%,respectively,which were higher than(95.96±4.46)μg/cm^(2)and(25.26±2.17)%in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Q switch 1064 nm laser combined with L-vitamin C microneedle has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with melasma,which can accelerate the regression of melasma,improve the effect of facial repair,improve the physiological condition of skin,and does not significantly increase adverse reactions,so the application is safe.
