摘要
目的探讨感觉统合训练结合任务导向性训练在智力发育障碍(IDD)儿童中的应用效果.方法选取2020年1月—2022年4月我院收治的86例IDD患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例.对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用感觉统合训练结合任务导向性训练,持续治疗12周.对比两组发育水平、语言功能、感觉统合能力及社会适应能力.结果治疗后,两组格塞尔发育量表中的大运动评分(87.65±7.15)分、精细动作评分(89.84±5.35)分、社交行为评分(86.93±6.88)分、适应能力评分(84.48±4.77)分、语言评分(84.05±6.25)分、语言行为评估量表中的交流性语言能力评分(16.82±1.04)分、接受性语言能力评分(17.22±1.03)分、描述性语言能力评分(17.42±1.26)分、儿童感觉统合评定量表中的过分防御评分(86.18±6.20)分、体感不良评分(51.01±3.51)分、学习能力评分(23.17±2.02)分、婴儿-初中生社会生活能力检查量表评分(11.32±0.30)分,均高于对照组的(78.34±5.29)分、(80.18±7.21)分、(77.91±7.62)分、(76.46±7.30)分、(76.12±7.13)分、(14.55±1.83)分、(15.14±2.34)分、(15.90±1.67)分、(77.37±7.15)分、(46.44±3.54)分、(19.63±3.51)分、(10.74±0.43)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论感觉统合训练结合任务导向性训练能改善IDD患儿发育水平与语言功能,提高感觉统合能力及社会适应能力.
Objective To explore the application effect of sensory integration training combined with task oriented training in children with intellectual development disorder(IDD).Methods 86 children with IDD admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group received sensory integration training combined with task oriented training on the basis of the control group,with both interventions for 12 weeks.The development level,language function,sensory integration ability and social adaptability of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the gross motor score(87.65±7.15)points,fine motor score(89.84±5.35)points,social behavior score(86.93±6.88)points,adaptability score(84.48±4.77)points,language score(84.05±6.25)points in Gesell developmental schedules,communicative language ability score(16.82±1.04)points,receptive language ability score(17.22±1.03)points,descriptive language ability score(17.42±1.26)points in verbal behavior assessment scale,over defense score(86.18±6.20)points,somatosensory impairment score(51.01±3.51)points,learning ability score(23.17±2.02)points in children sensory integration rating scale,infants-junior middle school students'social-life abilities scale score(11.32±0.30)points in the observation group were higher than(78.34±5.29)points,(80.18±7.21)points,(77.91±7.62)points,(76.46±7.30)points,(76.12±7.13)points,(14.55±1.83)points,(15.14±2.34)points,(15.90±1.67)points,(77.37±7.15)points,(46.44±3.54)points,(19.63±3.51)points,(10.74±0.43)points in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sensory integration training combined with task oriented training can improve the development level and language function of children with IDD,and improve sensory integration and social adaptability.
