摘要
目的探讨氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果.方法选取2020年3月—2022年2月我院收治的84例高血压合并冠心病患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例.对照组采用氨氯地平治疗,观察组在此基础上采用阿托伐他汀治疗,均持续用药3个月.对比两组的血压水平、血脂水平、心功能、免疫功能及不良反应发生情况.结果治疗后,观察组的收缩压、舒张压水平分别为(122.31±9.95)mmHg、(79.42±6.94)mmHg,均低于对照组的(131.25±8.04)mmHg、(93.13±7.39)mmHg,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的左室射血分数、左心排血量水平均高于对照组,免疫蛋白球A、免疫蛋白球G、免疫蛋白球M水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀可降低高血压合并冠心病患者的血压与血脂水平,改善其心功能及免疫功能,安全有效,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 84 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to February 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin on this basis.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The blood pressure level,blood lipid level,cardiac function,immune function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were(122.31±9.95)mmHg and(79.42±6.94)mmHg,which were lower than(131.25±8.04)mmHg and(93.13±7.39)mmHg of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triglyceride,cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction and left cardiac output in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of immune protein sphere A,immune protein sphere G and immune protein sphere M were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine combined with atorvastatin can reduce blood pressure and blood lipid levels,improve cardiac function and immune function in patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease,which is safe and effective and worthy of clinical application.
