摘要
目的探讨对耳轮十三区放血对气滞血瘀型项痹病患者疼痛与颈椎症状的影响.方法回顾性分析我院2018年10月—2019年10月收治的60例气滞血瘀型项痹病患者的临床资料,将30例采用综合干预的患者纳入对照组,将另30例采用综合干预联合对耳轮十三区放血干预的患者纳入观察组.比较两组干预前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Northwick Park颈痛量表(NPQ)评分.结果干预前,两组的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的VAS评分为(2.29±0.74)分,低于对照组的(4.18±1.43)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组的NPQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的NPQ评分为(18.63±6.45)分,低于对照组的(37.63±7.57)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论气滞血瘀型项痹病患者在综合干预基础上采用耳轮十三区放血干预可更好地改善其颈椎症状,降低疼痛感,值得临床推广.
Objective To explore the effect of blood letting in thirteenth areas of earrings on pain and cervical symptoms in patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of neck arthralgia.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of neck arthralgia admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.30 patients with comprehensive intervention were included in the control group,and another 30 patients with comprehensive intervention combined with blood letting in thirteenth areas of earrings were included in the observation group.The pain visual analog scale(VAS)score and Northwick Park neck pain questionnaire(NPQ)score between the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the VAS score of the observation group was(2.29±0.74)points,which was lower than(4.18±1.43)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in NPQ score between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the NPQ score of the observation group was(18.63±6.45)points,which was lower than(37.63±7.57)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of comprehensive intervention for patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of neck arthralgia,the intervention of blood letting in thirteenth areas of earrings can better improve the symptoms of cervical spine and reduce pain,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
