持续静态牵伸技术联合个体化康复锻炼对肘部骨折术后患儿肘关节功能及活动度的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Continuous Static Stretching Technique Combined with Individualized Rehabilitation Exercise on Elbow Joint Function and Mobility of Children after Elbow Fracture Surgery

摘要 目的探究持续静态牵伸技术联合个体化康复锻炼对肘部骨折术后患儿肘关节功能及活动度的影响.方法选择2019年12月—2021年12月本院收治的86例肘部骨折术后患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43).对照组予以个体化康复锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上联合持续静态牵伸技术,均持续训练至术后3个月.比较两组干预前后肘关节功能、肘关节活动度及并发症.结果两组干预前Mayo肘关节功能评分标准(MEPS)中各维度评分、肘关节屈曲度、肘关节伸直度对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后MEPS中各维度评分均高于对照组,肘关节屈曲度大于对照组,肘关节伸直度小于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率4.65%低于对照组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论持续静态牵伸技术联合个体化康复锻炼能够有效促进肘部骨折术后患儿肘关节活动度恢复,改善肘关节功能,减少并发症的发生. Objective To explore the effect of continuous static stretching technique combined with individualized rehabilitation exercise on elbow joint function and mobility of children after elbow fracture surgery.Methods 86 children after elbow fracture surgery admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into a control group(n=43)and an observation group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group was given individualized rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group was combined with continuous static stretching technology on the basis of the control group.All of them continued training until 3 months after operation.The elbow joint function,elbow joint mobility before and after the intervention and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of all dimensions in Mayo elbow performance score(MEPS),elbow flexion degree and elbow extension degree between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05);after the intervention,the scores of all dimensions in MEPS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the elbow flexion degree was greater than that in the control group,the elbow extension degree was less than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 4.65%in the observation group was lower than 18.60%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous static stretching technique combined with individualized rehabilitation exercise can effectively promote the recovery of elbow joint mobility,improve elbow joint function and reduce complications in children after elbow fracture surgery.
