摘要
目的探究循证护理结合执行障碍康复训练对小儿多动症患儿自我管理能力及认知功能的影响.方法选取我院2019年5月—2021年9月收治的多动症患儿92例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施循证护理结合执行障碍康复训练,均持续护理3个月.比较两组自我管理能力、认知功能、多动症状及生活质量.结果护理前,两组自我管理能力、认知功能、多动症状及生活质量比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).护理后,观察组自我管理能力评分、儿童生存质量测定量表中生理、情感、社会、角色功能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组Conners父母用症状问卷中各因子评分、注意力缺陷多动障碍评定量表中注意缺陷、对立违抗、多动冲动评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论循证护理结合执行障碍康复训练可有效提高多动症患儿自我管理能力,减轻多动症状,改善认知功能及生活质量.
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with executive disorder rehabilitation training on the self-management ability and cognitive function of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods A total of 92 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder who were admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to September 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing combined with executive disorder rehabilitation training,both of which continued for 3 months.The self-management ability,cognitive function,hyperactivity symptoms and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in self-management ability,cognitive function,hyperactivity symptoms and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-management ability and the physical,emotional,social and role function scores of the pediatric quality of life inventory measurement models in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each factor in the Conners parent symptoms questionnaire,and the scores of attention deficit,oppositional defiant,and hyperactivity-impulsivity in the version IV of swanson nolan and pelham in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing combined with executive disorder rehabilitation training can effectively improve the self-management ability of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,reduce hyperactivity symptoms,and improve cognitive function and quality of life.
