Objective To explore the application effect of salt-restricted diet combined with aerobic exercise in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 110 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to March 2021 were selected, and they were divided into a control group and a study group according to a random lottery method, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment intervention, and the study group was given salt-restricted diet combined with aerobic exercise intervention on the basis of the control group. The blood pressure, heart rate and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups before and after 3 month of the intervention. Results After 3 month of the intervention, the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those before the intervention, and the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the 1-minute heart rate recovery(HRR1)and peak exercise heart rate(HRmax)in the study group were higher than those before the intervention, and the HRR1 and HRmax in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the study group was 5.88%,which was lower than 26.47%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Salt-restricted diet combined with aerobic exercise in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease can effectively relieve blood pressure, improve heart rate, and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.
