摘要
目的探究益气健脾汤对脾气亏虚型糖尿病患者血糖控制效果及中医证候的影响.方法选择2020年5月—2021年10月本院收治的92例脾气亏虚型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46).对照组口服二甲双胍,观察组在对照组基础上加服益气健脾汤,均持续治疗3个月.比较两组血糖水平、中医证候、胰岛功能以及不良反应.结果治疗前,两组血糖水平、中医证候评分、胰岛功能比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后空腹血糖(6.74±0.43)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(9.26±1.04)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.24±0.48)%均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组口渴引饮评分(1.68±0.25)分、食少腹胀评分(1.88±0.18)分、大便溏烂评分(1.61±0.19)分、体倦乏力评分(1.41±0.20)分、精神不振评分(1.34±0.22)分均低于对照组,胰岛素抵抗指数(3.18±0.36)低于对照组,胰岛素分泌指数(79.88±6.08)高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论益气健脾汤能够有效控制脾气亏虚型糖尿病患者的血糖水平,减轻中医证候、胰岛功能损害,且具有较高的安全性.
Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction on blood glucose control and TCM syndromes in patients with spleen qi deficiency type diabetes.Methods 92 patients with diabetes of spleen qi deficiency type from May 2020 to October 2021 in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group(n=46)and an observation group(n=46)according to the random number table method.The control group was given metformin orally,and the observation group was given Yiqi Jianpi Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued to receive treatment for 3 months.The blood glucose levels,TCM syndromes,pancreatic islet function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in blood glucose level,TCM syndromes score and pancreatic islet function between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,fasting plasma glucose(6.74±0.43)mmol/L,2 hour postprandial blood glucose(9.26±1.04)mmol/L,glycated hemoglobin(6.24±0.48)%in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of thirst induced drinking,less food and bloating,loose stools,body fatigue,and mental weakness in the observation group were(1.68±0.25)points,(1.88±0.18)points,(1.61±0.19)points,(1.41±0.20)points,(1.34±0.22)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance index(3.18±0.36)was lower than that in the control group,homeostasis model assessment-β(79.88±6.08)was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi Decoction can effectively control the blood glucose level in patients with diabetic of spleen qi deficiency type,reduce TCM syndromes and pancreatic islet function damage,and has high safety.
