摘要
目的探讨早期盆底康复训练器训练联合生物反馈电刺激在产后盆底功能障碍患者中的应用效果.方法选择2019年10月—2021年3月我院收治的产后盆底功能障碍患者82例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组41例.对照组采用早期盆底康复训练器训练,观察组在此基础上采用生物反馈电刺激治疗,均持续治疗2个月.对比两组的临床疗效、盆底肌力及盆底功能.结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的80.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的盆底肌力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的盆底功能障碍问卷、盆底障碍影响简易问卷评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论产后盆底功能障碍患者采用早期盆底康复训练器训练联合生物反馈电刺激治疗,能够获得较好的康复效果,利于提升盆底肌力,促进盆底功能恢复.
Objective To investigate the effect of early pelvic floor rehabilitation trainer training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 82 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with early pelvic floor rehabilitation trainer,and the observation group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation on this basis.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The clinical efficacy,pelvic floor muscle strength and pelvic floor function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,higher than 80.49%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pelvic floor muscle strength of the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 20 and pelvic floor impact questionnaire-short form 7 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction,early pelvic floor rehabilitation trainer training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation can achieve better rehabilitation effect,which is beneficial to improve pelvic floor muscle strength and promote the recovery of pelvic floor function.
