摘要
目的探究前交叉韧带重建术后患者实施等速肌力训练的疗效.方法选择2019年4月—2021年4月本院收治的70例前交叉韧带重建术后患者为研究对象,依据随机抽签法将其划分成常规组及试验组,各35例.常规组患者采用常规运动疗法,试验组患者采用等速肌力训练.对比两组患者治疗前、治疗10周后的膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分(HSS)、每秒角速度是60°时膝关节伸屈肌总功和峰力矩.结果治疗10周后,试验组患者膝关节屈曲活动度大于常规组,伸展活动度小于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗10周后试验组患者HSS得分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗10周后,试验组患者每秒角速度是60°时膝关节伸屈肌总功以及峰力矩均高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论前交叉韧带重建手术后患者开展等速肌力训练,能够提高其膝关节活动度,促进膝关节功能恢复.
Objective To explore the efficacy of isokinetic muscle training in patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods A total of 70 patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction who were admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a routine group and an experimental group according to the random drawing method,with 35 cases in each.The patients in the routine group were treated with routine exercise therapy,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with isokinetic muscle training.The knee range of motion,knee function score(HSS),total knee extensor and flexor work and peak torque when the angular velocity per second was 60°were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 10 weeks of treatment.Results After 10 weeks of treatment,the knee flexion activities in the experimental group was larger than that in the conventional group,the extension activities was smaller than that in the conventional group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 10 weeks of treatment,the HSS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 10 weeks of treatment,when the angular velocity per second was 60°,the total knee extensor and flexor muscle work and peak torque in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery,patients with isokinetic muscle strength training can improve the range of motion of the knee joint and promote the recovery of knee joint function.
