摘要
目的探讨甲钴胺球旁注射联合康复训练治疗外伤性动眼神经麻痹的效果.方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月我院收治的88例外伤性动眼神经麻痹患者,采用奇偶数分组法分为对照组44例与研究组44例.对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用甲钴胺球旁注射联合康复训练.比较两组疗效、神经功能和不良反应发生情况.结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.18%,高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组神经生长因子、胶质纤维酸性蛋白及脑源性神经营养因子分别为(41.02±5.39)mg/L、(2775.14±609.47)mg/L、(29971.46±8466.51)mg/L,高于对照组的(37.88±4.95)mg/L、(2509.34±590.10)mg/L、(26260.84±8153.73)mg/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05).结论甲钴胺球旁注射联合康复训练治疗外伤性动眼神经麻痹疗效显著,且安全性较高.
Objective To investigate the efficacy of parabulbar injection of mecobalamin combined with rehabilitation training for traumatic oculomotor nerve palsy.Methods 88 patients with traumatic oculomotor nerve palsy who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group of 44 cases and the research group of 44 cases by odd-even grouping.The control group received routine treatment,while the study group received parabulbar injection of methylcobalamin combined with rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,neural function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of treatment in the study group was 93.18%,which was higher than 77.27%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,nerve growth factor,glial fibrillary acidic protein and brain-derived neurotrophic factor in the study group were(41.02±5.39)mg/L,(2775.14±609.47)mg/L,(29971.46±8466.51)mg/L,which were higher than(37.88±4.95)mg/L,(2509.34±590.10)mg/L,(26260.84±8153.73)mg/L,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Parabulbar injection of mecobalamin combined with rehabilitation training has significant curative effect and higher safety in the treatment of traumatic oculomotor nerve palsy.
