摘要
目的探讨言语疗法配合视听觉统合康复训练在全面性发育迟缓儿童中的应用价值.方法选择2020年3月-2021年3月该院收治的全面性发育迟缓患儿30例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组15例.对照组进行言语疗法干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用视听觉统合康复训练,均持续干预3个月.对比两组患儿的智力及语言恢复情况、生活质量、家属满意度.结果干预前,两组的婴幼儿智能发育(CDCC)量表、Gresell发育量表(GDS)及儿童生活质量普适性核心评定(PedsQLTM4.0)量表评分相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的CDCC评分、GDS评分及PedsQLTM4.0评分分别为(92.19±5.24)分、(83.41±6.55)分、(79.07±5.95)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的家属满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论言语疗法配合视听觉统合康复训练能够有效促进全面性发育迟缓儿童智力、语言恢复,提高患儿的生活质量及家属满意度,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To explore the application value of speech therapy combined with visual and auditory integrated rehabilitation training in children with global developmental delay.Methods A total of 30 children with global developmental delay admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.The control group received speech therapy intervention,while the observation group received visual and auditory integration rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group,and the intervention continued for 3 months.The intelligence and language recovery,quality of life,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups when comparing the scores of children's developmental center of China(CDCC)scale,Gesell developmental scales(GDS)scores and pediatric quality of life inventory TM4.0(PedsQLIM4.0)scale scores(P>0.05);after intervention,the CDCC score,GDS score and PedsQLTM4.0 score in the observation group were(92.19±5.24)points,(83.41±6.55)points,and(79.07±5.95)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Speech therapy combined with visual and auditory integrated rehabilitation training can effectively promote the recovery of intelligence and language in children with global developmental delay,improve the quality of life of children and the satisfaction of their families,which is worthy of clinical application.
