摘要
目的探究多学科协作(MDT)模式下快速康复外科在髋部骨折手术中的应用效果.方法选取2020年5月—2021年5月于我院骨科择期行髋部骨折手术的患者84例为研究对象,随机分为A组、B组,每组42例.A组采用骨科传统模式治疗,B组采用基于快速康复的MDT模式治疗.比较两组的围术期时间、治疗费用及住院时间.结果B组患者的围术期时间为(45.08±8.22)h,短于A组的(68.76±10.64)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).B组的治疗费用为(1.38±0.11)万元,低于A组的(1.64±0.12)万元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).B组的住院时间为(8.34±1.51)d,短于A组的(11.25±1.20)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在髋部骨折手术患者的治疗中采用MDT模式,可缩短围术期时间、住院时间,减少治疗费用,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ESAR)under multidisciplinary team(MDT)model in hip fracture surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients who underwent elective hip fracture surgery in the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into Group A and Group B,with 42 patients in each group.Group A was treated with traditional orthopaedic mode,and Group B was treated with MDT mode based on ESAR.The perioperative time,treatment cost and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The perioperative time of Group B was(45.08±8.22)h,shorter than(68.76±10.64)h of Group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment cost of Group B was(0.89±0.11)ten thousand yuan,which was lower than(1.04±0.12)ten thousand yuan of Group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in Group B was(8.34±1.51)d,shorter than(11.25±1.20)d in Group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of hip fracture surgery patients,the MDT model based on ESAR can shorten the perioperative time,hospital stay and treatment cost,which is worthy of clinical application.
