摘要
目的探究综合康复治疗结合高压氧对糖尿病足患者下肢血液流变学及血管内皮生长因子的影响.方法选取本院2020年2月—2021年4月收治的120例糖尿病足患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例.对照组采用高压氧治疗,观察组在此基础上采用综合康复治疗,均治疗1个月.比较两组的治疗效果、血液流变学及血管内皮功能.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的各项血液流变学及血管生长因子水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的全血低切黏度、纤维蛋白原、全血高切黏度、红细胞变形指数、血浆高切黏度及内皮素水平均低于对照组,碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、血管内皮生长因子及降钙激素基因相关肽水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合康复治疗结合高压氧可有效改善糖尿病足患者血液流变学及血管内皮功能,提高临床疗效.
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen on lower limb hemorheology and vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with diabetic foot.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic foot who were admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on this basis,both for 1 month.The therapeutic effect,blood rheology and vascular endothelial function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 85.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of hemorheology and vascular growth factor between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the whole blood low shear viscosity,fibrinogen,whole blood high shear viscosity,erythrocyte deformation index,plasma high shear viscosity and endothelin level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of basic fibroblast growth factor,vascular endothelial growth factor and calcitonin gene-related peptide were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen can effectively improve blood rheology and vascular endothelial function in patients with diabetic foot,and improve clinical efficacy.
