Objective To investigate the effect of biofeedback electric stimulation therapy on pelvic floor muscle strength of puerpera. Methods A total of 92 parturients who delivered in our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.46 cases in the control group received routine pelvic floor muscle training, and 46 cases in the research group received biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy on this basis. The recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength between the two groups was compared. Results After intervention, the pelvic floor muscle strength of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction in the study group was 4.35%,which was lower than 17.39%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the vaginal muscle voltage and vaginal dynamic pressure in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy can promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength, correct the vaginal state, improve the quality of life, and reduce the incidence of pelvic floor diseases, which is worthy of clinical application.
