前庭康复训练结合低频重复经颅磁刺激在帕金森病患者中的应用效果观察 被引量:1

Observation on the Application Effect of Vestibular Rehabilitation Training Combined with Low Frequency Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in Patients with Parkinson's

摘要 目的探究前庭康复训练结合低频重复经颅磁刺激在帕金森病患者中的应用价值.方法选择济南市中西医结合医院2019年5月—2020年5月接诊的86例帕金森病患者作为研究对象,通过随机抽签法分为对照组(n=43)、观察组(n=43).对照组接受低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗,观察组接受低频重复经颅磁刺激联合前庭康复训练治疗.对比两组干预前后步态功能、睡眠质量、平衡功能、生活质量.结果干预后,观察组步长、步幅、步频、双支撑相时间、摆动相时间均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Berg平衡量表、生活质量综合评定问卷评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论前庭康复训练结合低频重复经颅磁刺激在帕金森病患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者的步态功能及平衡功能,提升其睡眠质量及生活质量,值得推广. Objective To explore the application value of vestibular rehabilitation training combined with low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods A total of 86 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to Jinan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into a control group(n=43)and an observation group(n=43)by random drawing.The control group received low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy,and the observation group received low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with vestibular rehabilitation training.The gait function,sleep quality,balance function,and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the stride length,stride length,stride frequency,double stride phase time and swing phase time of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the Berg balance scale and generic quality of life inventory-74 score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of vestibular rehabilitation training combined with low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in patients with Parkinson's disease has a significant effect,which can improve the patient's gait function and balance function,improve their sleep quality and quality of life,and is worthy of promotion.
