摘要
目的探讨在接受椎间孔镜术的腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者术后康复护理中应用五禽戏的效果.方法选取2019年1月—2021年3月于该院行椎间孔镜术的96例LDH患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例.对照组采用常规术后康复干预,在此基础上,观察组采用五禽戏干预,均持续干预3个月.对比两组康复优良率,并比较两组干预前、干预3个月后的腰椎功能[腰椎Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)]、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]及生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)].结果观察组的康复优良率为70.83%高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组干预3个月后的ODI评分、VAS评分均下降,且观察组各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预3个月后,两组的GQOLI-74各维度评分均上升,且观察组各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在行椎间孔镜术的LDH患者术后康复护理中应用五禽戏,可提高康复优良率,促进腰椎功能改善,减轻疼痛程度,同时改善患者生活质量.
Objective To explore the effect of Wuqinxi in the postoperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)undergoing intervertebral foraminal endoscopy.Methods 96 patients with LDH who underwent intervertebral foraminal endoscopy in the hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 48 patients in each group.The control group received routine postoperative rehabilitation intervention,on this basis,the observation group received Wuqinxi intervention.The intervention lasted for 3 months in both groups.The excellent and good rates of rehabilitation were compared between the two groups,and the lumbar function[lumbar Oswestry disability index(ODI)],pain severity[visual analogue scale(VAS)]and quality of life[generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)]were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after intervention.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 70.83%,which was higher than 50.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ODI scores and VAS scores in both groups decreased 3 months after intervention,and all scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after intervention,the scores of all dimensions of GQOLI-74 in both groups increased,and the scores of GQOLI-74 dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Wuqinxi in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of LDH patients undergoing intervertebral foraminal endoscopy can improve the excellent rate of rehabilitation,improve the function of lumbar spine,reduce the degree of pain,and improve the quality of life of patients.
