摘要
目的探讨运动疗法对原发性骨质疏松症患者的疗效.方法选取该院2018年11月—2019年3月收治的102例原发性骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组51例.对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行运动疗法.对比观察两组患者的疼痛程度、成都体育学院(CDTY)评分以及骨密度.结果出院后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在出院后及随访3、6、12个月,观察组的CDTY评分明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).出院后及随访6、12个月,观察组的骨密度均在-2.5以上,对照组均在-2.5以下,且观察组各时期的骨密度均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论运动疗法康复治疗原发性骨质疏松症患者,可以改善患者的骨密度和活动能力,复发率低,值得在临床推广和使用.
Objective To explore the effect of exercise therapy on patients with primary osteoporosis.Methods A total of 102 patients with primary osteoporosis admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with exercise therapy on the basis of the control group.Compare and observe the pain level of the two groups of patients,the score of Chengdu Institute of Physical Education(CDTY)and the bone mineral density of the patients.Results After discharge,the pain visual analog score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After discharge and follow-up for 3,6,and 12 months,the CDTY score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After discharge and follow-up for 6 and 12 months,the bone density of the observation group was above-2.5,and the bone density of the control group was below-2.5,and the bone mineral density of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at each stage,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise therapy for rehabilitation of patients with primary osteoporosis can improve the bone density and mobility of the patients,and have a low recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
