摘要
目的探究早期强化功能锻炼对老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者髋关节功能及日常生活活动能力的影响.方法选取该院2015年6月—2020年8月收治的126例老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组63例.对照组采用常规康复锻炼,观察组采用早期强化功能锻炼.比较两组干预前后疼痛程度、髋关节功能、日常生活活动能力及并发症发生情况.结果干预前,两组疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、Harris髋关节评分及Barthel指数(Barthel index,BI)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,Harris髋关节评分、BI评分均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论早期强化功能锻炼可有效减轻老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者疼痛,促进髋关节功能恢复,提高日常生活活动能力,降低并发症发生率.
Objective To explore the effects of early intensive functional exercise on hip joint function and activities of daily living in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures after surgery.Methods The 126 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures after surgerys treated in this hospital between June 2015 and August 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group used conventional rehabilitation exercises,and the observation group used early intensive functional exercises.The pain degree,hip joint function,activities of daily living before and after intervention and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups of pain visual analogue scale(VAS),Harris hip score and Barthel index(BI)score(P>0.05).After the intervention,the observation group's VAS score was lower than that of the control group,Harris hip score and BI score were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early intensive functional exercise can effectively relieve the pain of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures after surgerys,promote the recovery of hip joint function,improve activities of daily living,and reduce the incidence of complications.
