摘要
目的观察慢阻肺汤联合康复训练治疗慢阻肺患者的临床效果.方法选取2020年5—9月该院收治的慢阻肺患者50例为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组25例.对照组患者采用西药常规治疗联合康复训练,观察组患者采用慢阻肺汤联合康复训练,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果在肺功能指标及炎性因子指标方面,观察组患者的各项指标均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在生活质量评分方面,观察组患者的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在治疗总有效率方面,观察组的96.00%高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论慢阻肺患者采用慢阻肺汤联合康复训练,能够改善肺功能,调节炎性因子水平,治疗效果理想,值得进一步推广应用.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Manzufei Decoction combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods From October 2020 to February 2021,50 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine combined with rehabilitation training,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Manzufei Decoction combined with rehabilitation training.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of pulmonary function and inflammatory factors,the observation group was better than the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life scores,the score of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the total effective rate of treatment,96.00%of the observation group was higher than 76.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the use of Manzufei Decoction combined with rehabilitation training can improve lung function,adjust the level of inflammatory factors,and have ideal therapeutic effects.It is worthy of further promotion and reference.
