摘要
目的研究肺康复护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive palmoriay disease,COPD)稳定期患者肺功能及生活质量的影响.方法选取2018年11月—2019年11月该院收治的76例COPD稳定期患者,采用随机数字表法将其分成观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=38).对照组采用一般护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用肺康复护理,比较两组护理前后的肺功能指标、生活质量评分、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分.结果在肺功能指标方面,护理前,两组患者的第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、二氧化碳分压、血氧分压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的各项指标均优于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在SAS、SDS评分及生活质量方面,护理前,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的各项评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论COPD稳定期患者采用肺康复护理可有效促进肺功能恢复,减轻患者负性情绪,提高其生活质量,效果显著,值得临床借鉴.
Objective To study the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing on lung function and quality of life in patients with stable COPD.Methods A total of 76 patients with stable COPD admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group(n=38)and a control group(n=38)by random number table method.The control group used general nursing,and the observation group used pulmonary rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The lung function indexes,quality of life score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores,and selfrating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results In terms of lung function indicators,before nursing,there was no significant difference in the first second expiratory volume,forced vital capacity,partial pressure of carbon dioxide,and partial pressure of blood oxygen between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after nursing,all indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of SAS and SDS scores and quality of life,before nursing,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing for patients with stable COPD can effectively promote the recovery of lung function,reduce the patients'negative emotions,and improve their quality of life.The effect is significant and it is worthy of clinical reference.
